Ingredients:
-Palak (Spinach) chopped 250g
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Water ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In blender jug,add spinach,garlic,ginger,green chillies,fresh coriander,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cumin seeds,nigella seeds,pink salt,red chilli crushed,carom seeds & mix well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well.
-Gradually add blended green mixture & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Sprinkle dry flour,knead & stretch until smooth dough is formed.
-With the help of greased hand,take a small dough (50g) & make a ball.
-Add cooking oil & spread the dough with the help of hand.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until it puffs up & light golden (makes 10-12).

-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,pink salt,lal mirch crushed aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka blended green mixture shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko stretch ker ka smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Greased hand ki madad sa chota dough (50g) lein aur ball bana lein.
-Cooking oil dal dein aur haath ki madad sa dough ko pheela lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 10-12).
