Ingredients:
Lacha Paratha:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
- Aata (Wheat flour) 1 Cup
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Oil ¼ Cup
- Pani (Water) warm for kneading
- Ghee as required
- Ghee for frying
Honey Cream Dip:
- Olper’s cream 1 cup
- Honey 2 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Nuts crushed 1 tbs
Spicy Cream Dip:
- Olper’s cream ½ cup
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 cup
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin) crushed & roasted ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2 tsp
- Anda (Egg) boil & chopped 1
Directions:
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,wheat flour,salt,oil and mix.
Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth & soft dough is formed.
Cover and leave it for 20 minutes.
Take a dough and make 4 small balls and coat in dry wheat flour.
Roll out four doughs with the help of rolling pin and set aside.
On one dough,spread ghee evenly over entire surface and dust flour,place another round dough,spread ghee and dust flour,repeat this process 2 times more.
With the help of the cutter,cut the entire dough into strips (about 1 inch) and roll it like a swiss roll,now place this roll over the another strip and roll it again like a swiss roll,repeat the same step 2 times more, coat it with dry wheat flour.
Repeat this process and prepare remaining rolls.
Coat it with dry wheat flour and roll it gently without applying too much pressure and give it a round shape and roll it with the help of rolling pin.
Heat griddle and fry lacha paratha from both sides with ghee.
Lacha paratha is ready,serve with dips.
Honey Cream Dip:
In bowl,add Olper’s cream,honey,salt and nuts,mix well.
Honey cream dip is ready.
Spicy Cream Dip:
In bowl,add Olper’s cream,yogurt,salt,cumin,green chilies and egg,mix well.
Spicy cream dip is ready.

Dhak ker 20 minutes kliya rakh dein.

Flour doughs ko rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur side per rakh dein.
Ek dough ki surface per ghee laga ker aata chirak dein,us ka upper dosri round dough rakh ker ghee lagayein aur aata chirak dein,yehe process 2 dafa dubara karein.
Cutter ki madad sa puri dough ko strips (about 1 inch) mein cut ker lein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein,phir is roll ko dosri strip per rakh ker swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein,yehe step 2 dafa dubara karein, aata mein coat ker lein.
Yehe process dubara karein aur baqi rolls tayyar ker lein.
Aata mein coat karein aur haathon ki madad sa roll ki round shape bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Tawa garam karein aur lacha paratha ko dono sides sa ghee mein fry ker lein.
Lacha paratha tayyar hai,dips ka saath serve karein.
