-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup

Prepare Cinnamon Sugar:
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs

Directions:
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
-In a bowl,add butter & let it rest until soft.
-Add icing sugar,cream cheese & whisk until well combined.
-Transfer to a squeeze bottle & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Cinnamon Butter:
-In a bowl,add butter & let it rest until soft.
-Add cinnamon powder,caster sugar,mix well & set aside.
Prepare French Toast:
-In a dish,add eggs,vanilla essence,pink salt,milk & whisk well.
-Trim bread edges & spread prepared cinnamon butter on bread slices & stack them on each other.
-Dip them in prepared batter from all sides.
-On griddle,add butter,let it melt & fry French toast from all sides until golden.
Prepare Cinnamon Sugar:
-In a bowl,add cinnamon powder,caster sugar & mix well.
-Coat French toast with cinnamon sugar from all sides.
-Drizzle prepared cream cheese frosting,add butter & serve!
