Ingredients:
-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted ½ Cup
-Sugar powdered ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Baisan (Gram flour) ¼ Cup
-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Badam (Almond)
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add clarified butter,sugar & beat well until creamy.
-Place a sifter on bowl,add all-purpose flour,gram flour,semolina,pink salt,cardamom powder,baking powder & sift together.
-Mix well until it crumbles & knead until dough is formed.
-Add almonds & mix well,cover with cling film & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
-Take a small quantity of mixture (40g),make a ball & place an almond on top than press gently.
-In a bowl,add egg yolk,milk & mix well.
-Apply egg yolk mixture on top with the help of the brush (makes 9).
Option no 1: In Air fryer
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 140C for 14-15 minutes.
Option no 2: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes (on both grills).
-Let them cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

-Bowl mein ghee aur cheeni dal dein aur creamy ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,baisan,sooji,pink salt,elaichi powder aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift ker lein.
-Crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 15-20 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Mixture ki small quantity (40g) lein,ball bana lein aur top per badam laga ker gently press karein.
-Bowl mein anday ki zardi aur doodh dal ker mix ker lein.
-Anday ki zardi ka mixture ko brush ki madad sa laga lein (makes 9).
Option no 1: In Air fryer
