Ingredients:
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Chicken fillets 2 (350g)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Prepare Creamy Roasted Pepper Sauce:
-Pyaz (White onion) 1 large
-Red bell pepper 1 large
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 6-7
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Fresh basil leaves handful
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Penne pasta 200g (boiled with salt)
Directions:
-In a bowl,add red chilli powder,cumin powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,mix well & set aside.
-In a dish,add chicken fillets,sprinkle prepared seasoning,rub on both sides & let them rest for 5 minutes.
-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,seasoned chicken fillets & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes then flip,cover & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Let It rest for 5 minutes,cut into slices & set aside.
Prepare Creamy Roasted Pepper Sauce:
-Cut white onion into 4 pieces & set aside.
-Cut red bell pepper,deseed & set aside.
-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,onion,red bell pepper,garlic,sprinkle salt & roast from all sides until charred.
-Let it cool.
-In a blender jug,add roasted veggies,black pepper powder,salt,lemon juice,fresh basil leaves,chicken stock,cream,blend well & set aside.
-In the same cast iron pan,add cooking oil,blended paste & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add boiled penne pasta & give it a good mix.
-Serve pasta with chicken slices!

-Dish mein chicken fillets aur tayyar seasoning dal ker dono sides per rub ker lein aur 5 minute kliya chor dein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur seasoned chicken fillets dal dein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-5 minutes kliya chor dein,slices mein cut karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Creamy Roasted Pepper Sauce:
-White pyaz ko 4 pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil,pyaz,red bell pepper,lehsan aur namak dal ker tamam sides sa charred ho janay tak roast ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Blender jug mein roasted veggies,kali mirch powder,namak,lemon juice,fresh basil leaves,yakhni aur cream dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur blended paste dal ker darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled penne pasta dal ker mix ker lein.
-Pasta ko chicken slices ka saath serve karein!
