Ingredients:
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup
-Chicken fillet 400g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried basil ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Palak (Baby spinach) chopped 200g
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried basil ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese grated 50g
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
-In a jug,add cream,stock,milk,whisk well & set aside.
-Cut chicken into cubes.
-In a bowl,add chicken cubes,red chilli powder,dried basil,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano, lemon juice,cooking oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & cook until chicken is tender (10-12 minutes) & set aside.
-On the same pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add spinach & cook until spinach is wilted.
-Add tomato paste & mix well.
-Now add prepared cream mixture & mix well.
-Add dried oregano,red chilli crushed,salt,dried basil,black pepper powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add cheddar cheese & cook until cheese melts.
-Add cooked chicken & give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle red chilli crushed & serve!

-Bowl mein chicken cubes,lal mirch powder,dried basil,namak,kali mirch powder,dried oregano, lemon juice aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minute kliya marinate ker lein.
-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur chicken gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Us he pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté karein.
-Palak dal dein aur wilted ho janay tak paka lein.
-Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab tayyar cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dried oregano,lal mirch crushed,namak,dried basil aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cheddar cheese dal dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.
-Cooked chicken dal ker mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch crushed dal ker serve karein!
