Ingredients:
Prepare Compound Butter:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 100g (soft)
-Fresh parsley chopped ½ tbs
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
-Fresh rosemary leaves chopped 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) grated 3 cloves
-Lemon zest ½ tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Cayenne pepper ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
Prepare Perfect Steak:
-Beef steak 200g to 250g (one person serving)
-Pink salt to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Nurpur Butter unsalted
Directions:
Prepare Compound Butter:
-In a bowl,add butter,fresh parsley,fresh basil leaves,fresh rosemary,garlic,lemon zest,mustard paste, cayenne pepper,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli crushed & mix until well combined.
-On a clean surface,spread cling film & add herbs butter,seal properly & refrigerate until set (2 hours).
Prepare Perfect Steak:
-On a steak piece,sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed on both sides & rub gently.
-In a cast iron skillet,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add seasoned steak piece,press with patty press to lock the juices,flip,repeat the process & cook on medium flame from both sides until done,rest it for 2 minutes then cut into pieces.
Cooking time for perfect steak:
-Rare 2 minutes each side
-Medium 3 minutes each side
-Medium well 4 minutes each side
-Well done 5-6 minutes each side
-Cut compound butter into slices & place them on medium well steak & melt it with blow torch.
-Serve with stir fried beans & potato fries!

-Clean surface per cling film phela lein aur herbs butter dal ker properly seal ker lein aur set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (2 hours).

-Steak piece ki dono sides per pink salt aur kali mircch crushed chirak dein aur gently rub ker lein.
-Cast iron skillet per cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Seasoned steak piece dal ker patty press sa press karein aur flip ker ka dubara yehe process karein aur darmiyani ancch per pak janay tak paka lein phir 2 minutes ka rest dein aur pieces mein cut ker lein.
