Ingredients:
Prepare No Bake Pie Crust:
-Digestive biscuits 350g
-Makhan (Butter) melted ½ Cup
Prepare Mango Cream:
-Mango puree 1 Cup
-White chocolate grated 160g
-Mango essence ½ tsp
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s cream chilled 250ml
-Gelatin powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Hot water 4 tbs
-Aam (Mango) cubes
-Whipping cream
-Mango
-Cherry
Directions:
Prepare No Bake Pie Crust:
-In a chopper,add digestive biscuits & crush biscuits in processor.
-Gradually add melted butter & process until well combined.
-Transfer the mixture to a tart dish or pie pan & press firmly to set an even layer and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare Mango Cream:
-In a saucepan,add mango puree & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add white chocolate,mango essence & mix well until chocolate melts.
-Let it cool.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well until soft peaks form.
-Add cooked mango puree & beat well.
-In a small bowl,add gelatin powder,hot water & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved gelatin in the cream bowl & beat until well combined.
-Add & spread half quantity of prepared mango cream on biscuit crust.
-Add mango & remaining mango cream & spread evenly.
-Refrigerate until set (4-5 hours).
-Garnish with whipped cream,mango,cherry & serve chilled!

-Saucepan mein mango puree dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,white chocolate & mango essence dal ker chocolate melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cooked mango puree dal ker ache tarhan beat karein.
-Chotay bowl mein gelatin powder & hot water dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cream bowl mein dissolved gelatin dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Biscuit crust per tayyar mango cream ki half quantity dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Mango aur remaining mango cream dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (4-5 hours).
-Whipped cream,mango aur cheery sa garnish ker lein aur thanda serve karein!
