Ingredients:
Prepare Hot Fudge Sauce:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 50g
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster Sugar) 1/3 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Dark chocolate chopped 150g
-Hot water ½ Cup
Prepare Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 200g
-Icing sugar 2 Cups
-Cocoa powder ¾ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 tbs
Prepare Cake:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
-Cocoa powder ¾ Cup
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Instant coffee 1 tbs
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cooking oil ¾ Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¾ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Warm water 1 & ¼ Cup
-Chocolate chips ¼ Cup
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
-Warm water ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare Hot Fudge Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add cocoa powder & mix well.
-Add caster sugar,salt,vanilla essence,cream & mix well.
-Add dark chocolate,hot water,whisk well & cook on low flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes).
-Let it cool,reserve 4 tbs for frosting,transfer remaining sauce to a piping bag & set aside.
Prepare Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
-In a bowl,add butter & let it rest at room temperature until soft then beat well until it changes color.
-Gradually add icing sugar,add cocoa powder & beat well.
-Add remaining icing sugar,vanilla essence,4 tbs of reserved hot fudge sauce & beat until well combined.
-Add remaining icing sugar & beat well.
-Add milk & beat well,transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
Prepare Cake:
-Grease 8-inch round baking pan with butter,line with butter paper & set aside.
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,instant coffee,baking soda, salt,sift together & mix well.
-Add caster sugar & mix well.Homemade cake mis ready!
-It can be stored for up to 2 months.
-In a bowl,add cooking oil,yogurt,eggs,vanilla essence & beat well.
-Add prepared homemade cake mix & fold with the help of spatula.
-Add warm water & beat well.
-Add chocolate chips & fold with the help of spatula.
-Pour the batter on greased baking pan & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 minutes.
-Take out from oven & let it cool at room temperature.
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-In a small cup,add caster sugar,warm water,vanilla essence & mix well until sugar is dissolved & set aside.
-Remove cake from baking pan and with the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut layers of cake.
-Place first layer of cake on cake strand,apply prepared sugar syrup with the help of brush,add & spread prepared hot fudge sauce.
-Add & spread prepared chocolate buttercream frosting.
-Place another layer of cake and apply prepared sugar syrup with the help of brush & repeat the same process.
-Now spread prepared chocolate buttercream frosting & cover the sides of the cake with frosting.
-Garnish with hot fudge sauce,mini chocolate chips,cherry & serve chilled!

-Thanda ker lein,4 tbs ko frosting kliya reserve ker lein aur remaining sauce ko piping bag mein dal ker side per rakh dein.

-Bowl mein makhan dal dein aur room temperature per naram ho janay kliya chor dein phir color change ho janay tak beat ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka icing sugar aur cocoa powder dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Remaining icing sugar,vanilla essence aur 4 tbs reserve hot fudge sauce dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Remaining icing sugardal ker ache tarhan beat karein.
-Doodh dal ker dubara beat ker lein aur piping bag mein dal ker side per rakh dein.
Prepare Cake:
-8-inch round baking pan ko makhan sa grease karein,butter paper laga lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder,baking powder,instant coffee,baking soda aur namak dal ker ek saath sift ker lein aur ache tarhan mix karein.
-Bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Homemade cake mi tayyar hai.
-Homemade cake mix ko 2 months kliya store ker saktay han.
-Bowl mein cooking oil,dahi,anday aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Tayyar homemade cake mix dal ker spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
-Warm water dal ker ache tarhan beat karein.
-Chocolate chips dal ker spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
-Batter ko greased baking pan mein pour ker lein aur few times tap karein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 40-45 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal lein aur room temperature per thanda ker lein.
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Chotay cup mein bareek cheeni,warm water & vanilla essence dal ker cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Cake ko baking pan sa nikal lein aur cake knife ki madad sa horizontally layers mein cut ker lein.
-Cake ki first layer ko cake stand per rakh dein aur brush ki madad sa sugar syrup laga lein aur tayyar hot fudge sauce dal ker pheela lein.
-Tayyar chocolate buttercream frosting dal ker pheela lein.
-Ek aur cake layer rakh dein aur brush ki madad sa tayyar sugar syrup laga lein aur same yehe process repeat karein.
-Ab tayyar chocolate buttercream frosting dal ker cake ki sides ko cover ker lein.
-Hot fudge sauce,mini chocolate chips aur cherry sa garnish ker lein & thanda serve karein!
