Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Zucchini sliced 1 medium
-Gajar (Carrot) sliced 1 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) rings 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Coconut milk powder 2 tbs
-Rotini pasta boiled with salt 300g
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-On a grill pan,add cooking oil & grill zucchini,carrot,capsicum,tomatoes,onion,garlic on medium flame from both sides.
-Let it cool.
-In a blender jug,add grilled vegetables,melon seeds,gradually add water,blend well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,paprika powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add water,coconut milk powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add boiled pasta & give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!

-Thanda ker lein.
-Blender jug mein grilled vegetable,char maghaz aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein & ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pani aur coconut milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Boiled pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
