Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
-Adrak (Ginger) sliced 2-inch piece
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken mix boti 500g
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Tandoori masala 1 tbs
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In mortal & pestle,add onion,garlic,ginger,dried red chillies,desiccated coconut,salt,crush well to a fine paste & set aside (spice mill/grinder can also be used).
-In a bowl,add chicken,lemon juice,crushed mixture & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,cumin powder, tandoori masala,whisk well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add spiced yogurt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add water,mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes & stir in between.
-Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve with naan!

-Bowl mein chicken,lemon juice aur crushed mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Bowl meim dahi,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldi powder,sabut dhania,zeera powder aur tandoori masala dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakhd ein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Spiced dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Hara dhania dal dein aur naan ka saath serve karein!
