Ingredients:
- Beef qeema (Mince) 300g
- Pyaz (Onion) grated 3 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Anardana (Dried pomegranate) crushed 2 tbs
- Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 2 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 3 Cups
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) thin slices
- Chaat masala
Directions:
In a bowl,add beef mince,onion,ginger garlic paste,dried pomegranate,coriander seeds,red chili crushed,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,carom seeds,green chillies, fresh coriander,gram flour,egg & mix until well combined.
If required,gradually add water & mix well.
With the help of wet hands,take small quantity of mixture (60g) & make kababs of equal sizes.
In a frying pan,heat cooking oil,place kabab & tomato slice,press gently & fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 18-20).
Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with chutney!

Directions:
Bowl mein beef qeema,pyaz,adrak lehsan paste,anardana,sabut dhania,lal mirch crushed, namak,zeera,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,ajwain,hari mirchein,hara dhania,baisan aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Agar zarorat ho tou pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Haath ko geela karein,mixture ki small quantity (60g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka kabab tayyar ker lei.
Fryiny pan mein cooking oil garam karein,kabab rakh ker upper sa tamatar slice rakh dein,gently press karein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 18-20).
Chaat masala chirak dein & chutney ka saath serve karein!
