Ingredients:
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 Cup
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Sooji (Semolina) 3 tbs
-Yellow food color few drops or as required
-Sugar 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Kewra essence ½ tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
Directions:
-In a wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.
-Add gram flour,semolina,mix well & ghee roast baisan on low flame while mixing continuously (10-12 minutes),continue mixing & cooking until its until fragrant & smooth (10-12 minutes).
-Spray water to check,if bubbles appear than it is done.
-Add yellow food color,mix well & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add sugar,water & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until one string consistency (8-10 minutes).
-Add kewra essence,cardamom powder,mix well & pour hot sugar syrup in warm gram flour mixture & mix continuously until it becomes thick & leaves the sides of pot.
-Transfer the mixture on greased mold & spread evenly.
-Sprinkle pistachios,almonds & press gently.
-Let it cool for 2 hours or until set.
-Cut into desired pieces & serve.

-Karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Baisan aur sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per baisan ko ghee roast ker lein (10-12 minutes),musalsal mix kertay hoye khushbu anay aur smooth ho janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Check kernay kliya pani ka spray karein,agar bubbles bun jayein tou yeh tayyar hai.
-Yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad one string consistency anay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Kewra water aur elaichi powder dal ke ache tarhan mix karein aur garam sheeray ko neem garam baisan ka mixture mein dal dein,garha aur pot ki sides chornay tak musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Mixture ko greased mold mein dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Pista aur badam dal ker gently press ker lein.
-2 hours ya set ho janay tak thanda ker lein.
-Desired pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein.
