Ingredients:
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 250g (1 & ½ Cup) soaked for 2 hours
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Olper’s Milk powder 1 Cup
-Olper’s Tarka Desi Ghee 1 tsp
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaves)
Directions:
-In a grinder,add sugar & grind to make a powder and take out in a frying pan.
-In a grinder,add soaked cashew nuts,gradually add water & grind to make a thick paste & take out in a same frying pan.
-Add milk powder & mix until well combined.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame until soft dough is formed (20-30 minutes) & mix continuously.
-Add desi ghee,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-On greased baking tray,add & spread kaju mixture evenly.
-Grease rolling pin with oil & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Apply edible silver leaves & press with muslin cloth.
-Cut into diamond shape & let it set for 3-4 hours at room temperature & serve

-Grinder mein cheeni dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & frying pan mein nikal lein.
-Grinder mein soaked kaju aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur grind ker ka thick paste tayyar ker lein & frying pan mein nikal lein.
-Milk powder dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per soft dough form ho janay tak paka lein (20-30 minutes) & musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Dei ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Greased baking tray per kaju mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Rolling pin ko oil sa grease karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Chandi warq laga lein aur malmal ka kapray sa press ker lein.
-Diamond shape mein cut ker lein aur 3-4 hours kliya room temperature per set hunay kliya chor dein & serve karein!
