Ingredients:
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 4 medium
-Laung (Cloves) 5-6
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 3-4
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-15
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 2 Cups
-Surmai (King fish) pieces 650g
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste Adjust salt as required
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Soya (Dill) chopped ½ Cup or as required
-Chawal (Rice) sella 500g (soaked 1 hour)
-Water 3 Cups or as required
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Soya (Dill) chopped
Directions:
-In a blender,add green chillies,garlic,fresh coriander,water,blend well & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.
-Add potatoes,cloves,cinnamon stick,black peppercorns,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,salt,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add water,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add tomatoes,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water,mix well & cook for 5-6 minutes.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add fish pieces & mix gently,cover & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Take out fish pieces & reserve for later use.
-Add green chillies,salt & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Reserve 1/3rd of gravy for later use.
-In remaining gravy,add soya & mix well.
-Add soaked rice & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add cooking oil & cooked fish pieces,cover with kitchen cloth and lid & steam cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
-In a serving dish,add cooked rice,place fish pieces,pour reserved gravy,sprinkle soya & serve with gravy!

-Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dald ein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Aloo,laung,darchini & sabut kali mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lal mirch powder,zeera powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Fish pieces dal ker gently mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fish pieces ko nikal ker side per rakh dein.
-Hari mirchein aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-1/3rd gravy ko nikal ker bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Remaining gravy mein soya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Soaked chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cooking oil aur cooked fish pieces dal dein,kitchen cloth aur lid sa cover ker lein aur halki ancch per 10-15 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
-Serving dish mein cooked rice,fish pieces,reserved gravy aur soya dal dein & gravy ka saath serve karein!
