Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets 500g
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 4-5
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) ½ tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 4-5 tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-Cut chicken fillets in thin slices with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cumin seeds,button red chillies,black peppercorns,coriander seeds & dry roast on medium flame until fragrant.
-Let it cool.
-In a spice mixer,add roasted spices,grind to make a powder & set aside.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,raw papaya paste,ginger garlic paste,ground spices,salt,turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder & whisk well.
-Add chicken pieces & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-On griddle,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add marinated chicken & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & oil separates.
-Add onion,ginger,green chilli,fresh coriander,cover & simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Garnish with lemon slices & serve with naan!

-Chicken fillets ko knife ki madad sa thin slices mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein zeera,sabut lal mirch,sabut kali mirch aur sabut dhania dal dein aur khusbu anay tak dry roast ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Spice mixer mein roasted spices dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein dahi,kacha papita paste,adrak lehsan paste,ground spices,namak,haldi powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Tawa per cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay aur oil alag ho janay tak pake lein.
-Pyaz,adrak,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2 minute kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Lemon slices sa garnish ker lein aur naan ka saath serve karein!
