Ingredients:
Prepare Spice Mix:
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Tatri (Citric acid) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
Prepare Masala Fish Fry:
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ¼ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Fish fillets (Preferably Mushka) 750g
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Spice Mix:
-In mortal & pestle,add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,citric acid,salt & crush well.
-Add black salt,red chilli powder & crush again.Spice mix is ready!
Prepare Masala Fish Fry:
-In a bowl,add gram flour,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,carom seeds,red chilli crushed,salt,orange food color,lemon juice,cooking oil,gradually add water & whisk well to make a batter.
-Make cuts on fish fillets,add prepared marination,rub evenly,cover & marinate for 3-4 hours.
-In a wok,heat cooking & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
-Sprinkle prepared spice mix & serve!

-Kala namak aur lal mirc powder dal ker dubara crush ker lein.Spice mix tayyar hai.
Prepare Masala Fish Fry:
-Bowl mein baisan,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch paste,haldi powder,zeera powder,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,ajwain,lal mirch crushed,namak,zarda ka rang,lemon juic,cooking oil aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka batter tayyar ker lein.
-Fish fillets per cuts laga lein,tayyar marination ko ache tarhan rub ker lein aur dhak ker 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tayyar spice mix sprinkle ker ka serve karein!
