Ingredients:
-Khajoor (Dates) deseeded 18-20
-Water 1 Cup
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 3 tbs
-Gond (Edible gum) 3 tbs
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Phool makhanay (Lotus seeds) 1 Cup
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 24-25
-Almonds (Badam) 25-26
-Char maghaz (Melon seeds) 3 tbs
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Cup
-Chakki ka atta (Wholewheat flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 3-4 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
Directions
-In a saucepan,add dates,water & mix well,bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes then mash well with help of masher & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add edible gum,mix well & fry on low flame until it puffs up,keep stirring in between & take out in a bowl.
-In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add lotus seeds,mix well & fry on medium flame until light golden & crispy & takeout in the same bowl.
-In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add cashew nuts,almonds & fry for 1-2 minutes.
-Add melon seeds,mix well & fry for 1-2 minutes & takeout in the same bowl.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
-Add roasted nuts in a chopper,chop coarsely & set aside.
-In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add wholewheat flour,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Gradually add clarified butter (1 tbs at a time),mix well & cook until its fragrant & changes color (10-12 minutes).
-Add cardamom powder,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add coarsely chopped nuts,roasted wholewheat flour & mix well.
-Add dates puree & mix until well combined.
-Both roasted flour & dates mixture should be warm so that they bind together easily.
-Grease hands with ghee,take a small quantity of mixture & make laddu of equal sizes (makes 16-18).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

-Saucepan mein khajure aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-7 minutes kliya paka lein phir masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Gond dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per puffs up ho janay tak fry ker lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Us he karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Phool makhanay dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein aur us he bowl mein nikal lein.
-Us he karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Kaju aur badam dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Char maghaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ker 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein & us he bowl mein nikal lein.
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein roasted nuts dal ker coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Chakki ka atta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thora thora ker ka desi ghee (1 tbs at a time) shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein,khusbu aur color change ho janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein coarsely chopped nuts & roasted chakki ka atta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Khajure puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Roasted atta aur khajure mixture ko warm huna chahiya ta ka easily bind ho jaye.
-Haathon ko ghee sa grease karein,mixture ki small quantity lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka laddu tayyar ker lein (makes 16-18).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 1 month kliya store ker saktay han.
