Ingredients:
Prepare Fajita Seasoning:
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Cayenne powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
Prepare Fajita Chicken Stuffing:
-Chicken julienne cut 350g
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced ½ Cup
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ¼ Cup or as required
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ¼ Cup or as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Samosa sheet as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Fajita Seasoning:
-In a bowl,add paprika powder,garlic powder,onion powder,cumin powder,cayenne powder,salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder & mix well.Fajita seasoning is ready!
Prepare Fajita Chicken Stuffing:
-In a bowl,add chicken,prepared fajita seasoning 2 tbs or to taste & lemon juice,mix well & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add capsicum,tomato,onion & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!
-Take two samosa patti,place one samosa sheet horizontally & apply all-purpose flour paste then place second samosa sheet vertically over first one,it will make plus (+) sign.
-Add prepared fajita chicken filling in the center and fold the top side so that it covers the filling.
-Apply prepared flour slurry on all sides & fold them to make a square box.
-Now dip box patties in flour slurry & coat well with breadcrumbs then again dip in flour slurry & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 12-14).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.

Prepare Fajita Chicken stuffing:
-Bowl mein chicken,tayyar fajiya seasoning 2 tbs or to taste aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Shimla mirch,tamatar aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh den.
-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai!
-Do samosa sheet lein,ek samosa sheet ko horizontal rakh dein aur flour slurry laga lein phir us ka upper dosri samosa sheet vertical rakh dein,plus (+) ka sign bun jaye.
-Tayyar fajita chicken filling ko center mein dal dein aur upper wali side ko filling ka upper fold ker lein.
-Flour slurry laga lein aur tamam sides ko fold ker lein aur square box bana lein.
-Ab box patties ko flour slurry mein dip ker lein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara flour slurry mein dip ker lein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 12-14).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-2 weeks kliya airtight container mein dal ker freezer mein store ker saktay han.
