Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Laung (Cloves) 2
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 4-5
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 12-15
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 3-4 tbs or as required
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 4 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,cloves,button red chillies & mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder, salt,curry leaves & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add nigella seeds & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add yogurt & whisk well.
-Add water & whisk well.
-Add potatoes & prepared tadka & mix well.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Pani dal ker mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur kalonji dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein dahi dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Aloo aur tayyar tadka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
