Ingredients:
Prepare Malai Chicken:
- Tikka masala 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3-4 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste ½ tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Olper’s Cream 4 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes 400g
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Prepare Creamy Mayo Sauce:
- Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
- Lemon juice 2 & ½ tbs
- Honey 2 tbs
- Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Dried parsley ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Onion powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Hari mirch (Green chillies)
Assembling:
- Pizza sauce
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes
- Corn kernels boiled
- Olper’s cheddar cheese as required
- Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
- Black olives sliced
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
- Thai red chillies sliced
- Dried oregano
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare Malai Chicken:
In a bowl,add tikka masala,salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,lemon juice,yogurt,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,cream & whisk well.
Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
Turn off the flame & give coal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Creamy Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well for 30 seconds.Sour cream is ready!
Add honey,mayonnaise,black pepper powder,dried parsley,garlic powder,onion powder,salt & whisk well,transfer to a squeeze bottle & set aside.
Cut green chilli longitudinally,remove seeds,stem & set aside.
Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth (approx. 450g).
Assembling:
On 10x15 inches baking tray & sprinkle dry flour.
Add & spread pizza dough with the help of hands & prick with fork.
On half side of dough,add creamy mayo sauce & pizza sauce on the other half side of dough.
Add prepared malai chicken boti,onion,corn kernels,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese.
Add black olives & green chillies on white side of pizza,add capsicum,thai red chillies on the red side of pizza.
Sprinkle dried oregano & red chilli crushed.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
Drizzle prepared creamy white sauce & pizza sauce.
Cut into slices & serve!

Bowl mein tikka masala,namak,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,lemon juice,dahi,hari mirch paste, adrak lehsan paste aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur 2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Creamy Mayo Sauce:
Bowl mein cream aur lemon juice dal ker 30 seconds kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Sour cream tayyar hai.
Shahad,mayonnaise,kali mirch powder,dried parsley,lehsan powder,onion powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur squeeze bottle mein transfer ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Hari mirch ko length wise cut ker ka seeds aur stem ko remove ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein (approx. 450g).
Assembling:
10x15 inches baking tray per maida chirak dein.
Pizza dough dal ker haath ki madad sa pheela lein aur fork ki madad sa prick ker lein.
Dough ki half side per creamy mayo sauce pheela lein aur dosri side per pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein.
Tayyar malai chicken boti,pyaz,corn kernals,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
Black olives aur hari mirchein ko pizza ki white side per dal dein aur thai red chillies ko pizza ka red side per dal dein.
Dried oregano & red chilli crushed sprinkle ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 180C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Creamy white sauce & pizza sauce ko drizzle ker lein.
