Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Safed atta (White flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tsp
-Lukewarm water 1 Cup
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tsp
Prepare Malai Chicken Filling:
-Cream 3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black Pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tsp
-Boneless chicken cubes 300g
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add white flour,all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.
-Add clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add lukewarm water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare Malai Chicken Filling:
-In a bowl,add cream,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,white pepper powder,salt,lemon juice,vinegar & mix well.
-Add chicken,mix well & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame until tender (10-12 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-In chopper,add cooked chicken,chop well & set aside.
-Transfer the dough on a clean working surface,sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Divide the dough into 2 portions.
-Take one portion,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add & spread cooking oil,sprinkle dry flour,spread prepared malai chicken filling on one side of rolled dough & fresh coriander.
-Flip plain rolled dough on filling & press gently.
-Cut strips of rolled dough & roll it like swiss roll.
-Press gently,dust dry flour & rolled out with the help of rolling pin.
-On griddle,add cooking oil,place paratha & cook on medium flame from both sides until golden & crispy (makes 7).
-Serve with yogurt raita!

-Ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Ghee sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Prepare Malai Chicken Filling:
-Bowl mein cream,hari mirch,adrak lehsan paste,dhania powder,kali mirch powder,zeera,safed mirch powder,namak,lemon juice aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
-Chopper mein cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dough ko clean working surface per rakh dein,atta chirak dein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko 2 portions mein divide ker lein.
-Ek portion lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker pheela lein,atta chirak dein,tayyar malai chicken filling aur hara dhania ko dough ki ek side per dal dein.
-Plain rolled dough ko filling ka upper flip ker ka gently press ker lein.
-Rolled dough ko strips mein cut ker ka swiss roll ki tarhan roll kere lein.
-Gentle press ker ka atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Tawa per cooking oil dal ker paratha rakh dein aur dono sides sa golden & crispy ho janay tak paka lein (makes 7).
-Dahi raita ka saath serve karein!
