Ingredients:
Prepare Red Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Tomato puree 2 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sugar 1 & ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Fresh basil leaves chopped 1 tbs
-Olper’s mozzarella cheese 200g
Prepare Dough:
-Warm water 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
Assembling:
-Olper’s cheddar cheese as required
-Olper’s mozzarella cheese as required
-Chicken peperoni sliced
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder)
-Dried oregano
-Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
Prepare Red Sauce:
-In a saucepae,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add tomato puree & mix well.
-Add salt,sugar,dried oregano,fresh basil leaves,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-Cut mozzarella cheese into 12 sticks & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In a small jug,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add yeast mixture & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Divide the dough into 2 portions (350g each),sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (13-inch).
-On 11-inch pizza pan,place rolled dough,add mozzarella sticks on the side of rolled dough,fold the sides of dough & seal properly then prick with the help of fork.
-Now add & spread prepared red sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & chicken pepperoni.
-Sprinkle red chilli crushed,garlic powder,dried oregano & grease the sides with cooking oil (makes 2).
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes (on both grills).
-Garnish with fresh basil leaves,cut into slices & serve!

-Saucapan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tomato puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,dried oregano aur fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Mozzarella cheese ko 12 sticks mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
-Small jug mein garam pani,bareek cheeni & khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Thora thora ker ka khameer mixture shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth huany tak dubara ghond lein.
-Dough ko 2 portions (350g each) mein divide ker lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (13-inch).
-11-inch pizza pan mein rolled dough rakh dein,dough ka sides per mozzarella sticks rakh dein aur dough ko fold ker ka sides ko properly seal ker lein phir fork sa prick karein.
-Ab tayyar red sauce dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & chicken pepperoni dal dein.
-Lal mirch crushed,lehsan powder aur dried oregano chirak dein aur sides ko cooking oil sa grease ker lein (makes 2).
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Fresh basil leaves sa garish ker lein & slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
