Ingredients:
Prepare Garlic Butter:
-Makhan (Butter) soft 80g
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste

Prepare Cheesesteak Filling:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) thick slices 1 large
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Beef steak (Tenderloin/Undercut/Ribeye steak) 300g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 50g or as required
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese slices as required
Directions:
Prepare Garlic Butter:
-In a bowl,add butter,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,salt & mix well.
-Cut rolls/ buns from the center & apply garlic butter.
-Heat cast iron pan,toast rolls/buns & set aside.
Prepare Cheesesteak Filling:
-In a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add capsicum,black pepper crushed,salt,mix well & stir fry for a minute & set aside.
-Cut thin slices of beef steak.
-In the same cast iron pan,add cooking oil,beef slices & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,mix well & cook on medium flame until tender (6-8 minutes) then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add stir fried vegetables,worcestershire sauce & mix well.
-Add mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-Cut cheddar cheese slice into triangles & set aside.
-On toasted rolls/buns,add prepared cheesesteak filling,cheddar cheese slices & cover with top bun to make a sandwich & serve (makes 4).

-Kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes) phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Stir fried vegetables aur worcestershire sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese slice ko triangles mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Toasted rolls/buns per tayyar cheesesteak filling & cheddar cheese slices dal dein aur top bun sa cover ker ka sandwich tayyar ker lein (makes 4).
