Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ¾ Cup
-Cornflour ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Makhan (Butter) melted 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup + 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Prepare Mashed Potato Mixture:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3 medium
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Mayonnaise 1 & ½ tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Makhan (Butter)
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,salt & mix well.
-Add melted butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add milk,mix well & knead until hard dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 1 hour.
Prepare Mashed Potato Mixture:
-In a bowl,add boiled potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add garlic powder,salt,dried parsley,mayonnaise,mix well & transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
-Knead until dough is smooth & cut into two halves (190g each).
-Take one part,make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-In the center of rolled dough,add & spread mozzarella cheese,prepared mashed potato mixture & mozzarella cheese.
-Apply water on the edges of rolled dough with the help of brush.
-Now fold all sides,press & seal properly.
-Press gently & roll out with the help of rolling pin & prick with skewer (makes 2).
-Grease frying pan with butter & cook on low flame until golden brown (3-4 minutes each side).
-Cut in slices & serve.

-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ghond ker hard dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya rakh dein.
Prepare Mashed Potato Mixture:
-Bowl mein boiled aloo dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Lehsan powder,namak,dried parsley aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur piping bag main dal ker side per rakh dein.
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur do hisson mein cut ker lein (190g each).
-Ek part lein aur ball bana ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Rolled dough ka center mein mozzarella cheese,tayyar mashed potato mixture aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
-Rolled dough ka edges per brush ki madad sa pani laga lein.
-Tamam sides ko fold karein aur press ker ka properly seal ker lein.
-Gently press karein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur skewer sa prick ker lein (makes 2).
-Frying pan ko makhan sa grease karein aur halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes each side).
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
