Ingredients:
-Nurpur butter salted 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 large
-Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2-3 tbs
-Tikka masala 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Chicken fillets 500g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Nurpur butter salted 1 tbs
-Cream 2-3 tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs
Assembling:
-Croissants
-Nurpur butter salted
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded
-Cheddar cheese slice
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion & mix well.
-Add ginger,garlic,mix well & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add tomatoes & mix well.
-Add tomato paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,paprika powder,salt & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Turn off the flame & blend well with the help of blender & set aside.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,tikka masala,salt,red chilli powder,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste & mix well.
-Add chicken fillets & mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add marinated fillets & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes then flip,add remaining marinade,cover & cook on low flame chicken is tender (8-10 minutes).
-Turn off the flame & shred with the help of fork.
-Turn on the flame,add blended mixture,cream,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-Cut croissant in half with the help of knife.
-On one side,spread butter,add lettuce leaves,cabbage,prepared butter chicken & cheddar cheese slice.
-On top side of croissant,spread butter & flip to make a sandwich (makes 5-6) & serve!

-Adrak aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz transeunt hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tomato paste,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,paprika powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein ar halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein dahi,tikka masala,namak,lal mirch powder,lemon juice aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal dein aur melt ker lein.
-Marinated fillets dal ker darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip karein,remaining marinade dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur fork ki madad sa shred ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,blended mixture aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kasuri meethi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Croissant ko knife kui madad sa cut ker lein.
-Ek side per makhan laga lein,salad patta,band gobhi,tayyar butter chicken aur cheddar cheese slice rakh dein.
-Top side per makhan laga lein aur flip ker ka sandwich tayyar ker lein (makes 5-6) & serve karein!
