Ingredients:
Prepare Taco Chicken:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless cubes 100g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
Prepare Vegetables:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
-Fresh jalapeno chopped 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Chilli garlic sauce ½ tbs
Prepare Omelette:
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Water 1-2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella Cheese as required
-Black olives sliced
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese as required

-Sour cream
-Salsa

Directions:
Prepare Taco Chicken:
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add olive oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add red chilli powder,paprika powder,garlic powder,onion powder,dried oregano,salt,chicken powder,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Vegetables:
-In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion,capsicum,corn kernels,tomato,fresh jalapenos,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add chilli garlic sauce,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Omelette:
-In a bowl,add eggs,water,salt,black pepper crushed,whisk well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add whisked eggs,spread evenly & cook on low flame for a minute.
-On one side of the omelette,add grated cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese,prepared vegetable, prepared taco chicken,black olives,fresh coriander,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & flip the other side of egg,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
-Drizzle sour cream,salsa,fresh coriander & serve!
