Ingredients:
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 200g
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2 or as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-Cut mozzarella cheese into thin sticks & set aside (18 pieces).
-In a bowl,place sifter,add potatoes & press through the sifter.
-Add all-purpose flour,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder,onion powder, cornflour,dried oregano & mix until well combined.
-Spread cling film on clean working surface.
-Take a small quantity of potato mixture (20g) & spread with the help of greased spoon.
-Place mozzarella cheese stick & roll with the help of greased hand into finger shape stick then seal the edges.
-Now coat with all-purpose flour,dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs then again dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 18).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
-Serve with chilli sauce.

-Maida,paprika powder,kali mirch powder,namak,lehsan powder,onion powder,cornflour aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Clean working surface per cling film ko pheela lein.
-Aloo ka mixture ki small quantity lein (20g) aur greased spoon ki madad sa pheela lein.
-Mozzarella cheese stick rakh dein aur greased hand ki madad sa roll ker ka finger shape stick tayyar ker lein aur edges ko seal ker lein.
-Ab maida mein caot ker lein,pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein (makes 18).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Chilli sauce ka saath serve karein.
