Ingredients:
Prepare Stuffing:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Chicken boneless small cubes 250g
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 3-4 tbs
-Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs
Prepare Dough:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Lukewarm water 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Doodh (Milk) 3 tbs
Direction:
Prepare Stuffing:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add capsicum,tomato,salt,paprika powder,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomato ketchup,mayonnaise & mix well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Dough:
-In a small jug,add caster sugar,instant yeast,lukewarm water & mix well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,dried parsley,salt,dried oregano & mix well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add yeast mixture,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 1 hour (warm place).
-Transfer the dough to a clean working surface,sprinkle dry flour and knead dough again smooth.
-Take a small dough (80g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Fold the sides of the dough to make a triangle shape,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-In the center of dough,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,prepared filling,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese & fold one corner of dough over filling.
-Apply water on the dough with the help of the brush,flip the other two corners of dough,apply water & seal properly.
-Place prepared zingy parcels on a greased baking tray lined with butter paper.
-In egg yolk,add milk & whisk well.
-Apply egg mixture on parcels with the help of the brush (makes 8-10).
Option 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes (on both grills).
Option 2: Air fry
-On a greased butter paper,place zingy parcels,apply egg mixture & air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
-Serve with chutney or sauce!

-Chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Shimla mirch,tamatar,namak,paprika powder,dried oregano aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tomato ketchup & mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanad ker lein.

-Chotay jug mein bareek cheeni,khameer aur neem garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minute kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein maida,dried parsley,namak aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cooking oil dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka khameer mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya garam jagha per rakh ein.
-Clean working surface per dough ko rakh dein aur maida chirak ker dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough lein (80g),ball bana lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ki sides ko triangle shape mein fold ker lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ka center mein cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,tayyar filling,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal dein aur ek side ko filling ka upper fold ker lein.
-Brush ki madad sap ani laga lein aur baqi do sides ko bhi fold ker ka pani laga lein & properly seal ker lein.
-Greased baking tray (lined with butter paper) per tayyar zingy parcels rakh dein.
-Anday ki zardi mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Parcels per egg mixture ko brush ki madad sa laga lein (makes 8-10).
