Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Fine atta (Fine flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lukewarm water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Chicken qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped ½ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
Prepare Chutney:
-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Nariyal (Coconut) cubes 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 8-10
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Water ½ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In a bowl,add fine flour,salt,sugar & mix well.
-Add cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add lukewarm water & mix well,cover and let it rest for 5 minutes then knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,chicken powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,lemon juice,mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes then cook on medium flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Chutney:
-In a blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,garlic,coconut,green chillies,lemon juice,salt & water,blend well to make a thick paste & set aside.
-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
-Take a small dough (90g),bake a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin & set aside.
-Take another dough ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add & spread prepared chutney,prepared chicken filling & place rolled dough over it,pinch & seal properly.
-Prick paratha with wooden skewer to remove air bubbles.
-On heated griddle,place stuffed paratha,add cooking oil & cook from both sides until done (makes 5-6).
-Serve chicken chutney paratha with prepared chutney!

-Cooking oil dal ker crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka dhak dein aur 5 minute kliya chor dein phir ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar,adrak lehsan paste,namak,lal mirch crushed,haldi powder,chicken powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder & lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 7-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir darmiyani ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Chutney:
-Blender jug mein podina,hara dhania,lehsan,nariyal,hari mirchein,lemon juice,namak aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka thick paste tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Atta chirak dein aur dough ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Chota dough lein (90g),ball bana ker atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein & side per rakh dein.
-Dosra dough lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein
-Tayyar chutney aur chicken filling dal ker pheele lein aur upper sa dosra rolled dough rakh dein,edges ko pinch ker ka properly seal ker lein.
-Paratha ko wooden skewer ki madad sa prick ker lein.
-Garam tawa per stuffed paratha rakh dein aur cooking oil dal ker dono sides sa paka lein (makes 5-6).
-Chicken chutney paratha ko tayyar chutney ka saath serve karein!
