Ingredients:
Prepare Smokey Qeema Pasta:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
-Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Elbow macaroni boiled 1 & ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Prepare Potato & Cheese Layers:
-Cream 1 Cup
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled ½ kg
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
Assembling:
-Mozzarella cheese grated ¾ Cup or as required
-Dried basil
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare Smokey Qeema Pasta:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pureed tomato & mix well,cover & cook on medium low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add green chilli,lemon juice,fresh coriander,elbow macaroni & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Add whisked eggs & mix well.
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare Potato & Cheese Layers:
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well.Sour cream is ready!
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well.
-Add black pepper powder,salt,prepared sour cream,cheddar cheese,spring onion leaves & mix well.
-Gradually add milk & mix well.
Assembling:
-Grease baking casserole with cooking oil.
-Add & spread prepared potato & cheese mixture.
-Now add & spread prepared smokey qeema pasta.
-Add another layer of potato & cheese mixture & spread evenly.
-Add mozzarella cheese,dried basil & red chilli crushed.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes.

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Beef qeema dal ker rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,namak,lal mirch powder,dhania powder aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirch,lemon juice,hara dhania aur elbow macaroni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Anday dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Prepare Potato & Cheese Layers:
-Bowl mein cream aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Sour cream tayyar hai.
-Bowl mein aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Kali mirch powder,namak,tayyar sour cream,cheddar cheese aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein
