Ingredients:
Prepare Naan Dough:
-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Baking soda 1 & ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Warm water ¾ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
Prepare Qeema (Mince) Filling:
-Qeema (Mince) ½ kg
-Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed 1 Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Doodh (Milk) 3-4 tbs
-Safed til (Sesame seeds)
Prepare Creamy Yogurt Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
-Cream 2-3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Makhan (Butter)
Directions:
Prepare Naan Dough:
-In a bowl,add wheat flour,all-purpose flour,salt,baking soda,caster sugar and mix well.
-Add yogurt & mix well.
-Gradually add warm water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil & knead dough again,cover & let it rest for 1 hour (room temperature).
Prepare Qeema (Mince) Filling:
-In a bowl,add mince,onion,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,salt,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,garam masala powder & fresh coriander,mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-Transfer the dough to a clean working surface,dust dry flour and knead dough again until smooth.
-Take a small dough (170g),make a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Add mince filling (130g) and fold all edges to seal the filling.
-Dust dry flour and roll out gently with the help of rolling pin.
-Transfer the naan to a baking tray dust with dry flour.
-Make cuts on the sides of naan with the help of knife and make marks with the help of fingers.
-In a bowl,add egg yolk,milk & whisk well.
-Apply egg & milk mixture over naan with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds (makes 5).
Option # 1: Baking
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
Option # 2: Air fry
-Air fry at 180C for 15 minutes.
Prepare Creamy Yogurt Sauce:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,green chilli,paprika powder,salt,whisk well & set aside.
-After baking,apply butter,cut into pieces & serve with creamy yogurt sauce!

-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker dough ko dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
Prepare Qeema (Mince) Filling:
-Bowl mein qeema,pyaz,adrak lehsan paste,hari mircj,namak,lal mirch powder,sabur dhania,lal mirch crushed,zeera,haldi powder,garam masala powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Dough ko clean working surface per dal dein aur maida chirak ker smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough lein (170g),mauida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Mince filling (130g) dal dein aur edges ko fold ker ka filling ko seal ker lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa gently roll ker lein.
-Baking tray per maida chirak dein aur naan ko rakh dein.
-Naan ki sides per knife ki madad sa cuts laga lein aur fingers ki madad sa marks laga lein.
-Bow mein anday ki zardi aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Anday aur doodh ka mixture ko brush ki madad sa naan ka upper laga lein aur safed til chirak dein (makes 5).
Option # 1: Baking
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 15-20 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Option # 2: Air fry
-180C per 15 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
Prepare Creamy Yogurt Sauce:
-Bowl mein dahi,cream,hari mirch,paprika powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Baking ka bad makhan laga lein,pieces mein cut ker lein aur creamy yogurt sauce ka saath serve karein!
