In a grinder,add almonds,cashew nuts & grind well & set aside.
Crush vermicelli with the help of hands & set aside.
In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
Add vermicelli & fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add milk,mix well & bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add almonds & cashew powder,sugar,kewra essence,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes).
Add pistachios,raisins & mix well.
Let it cool.
Garnish with pistachios,almonds,raisins & serve chilled.

Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Badam & kaju powder,cheeni aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Pista aur kishmish dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
