Ingredients:
-Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 4-5
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted 3-4 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) strained ¾ Cup
-Water 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lemon zest 1 & ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Besan (Gram flour) roasted 1 tbs
-Laung powder (Clove powder) 1/8 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Lemon wedges
-Hara dhania (fresh coriander) chopped
-Pyaz (onion) rings
Directions:
-Place deep cuts on chicken drumsticks & set aside.
-On a frying pan,add Kashmiri red chillies (cut with the help of kitchen scissor),onion & dry roast on medium flame until fragrant (3-4 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-In a blender jug,add roasted chillies & onion,peanuts,yogurt,water & blend into thick paste.
-In a bowl,add blended paste,ginger garlic paste,lemon zest,cumin powder,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder,gram flour,clove powder,lemon juice & whisk well.
-In marination,add chicken drumsticks,apply marinade on all pieces properly,cover & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-In a wok,add cooking oil & marinated drumsticks,apply remaining marinade,cover & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes,turn sides in between to cook from all sides,apply remaining marinade, cover & cook on low flame until tender (12-15 minutes).
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-Serve with lemon wedges,fresh coriander,onion rings & serve!

-Frying pan mein Kashmiri lal mirch (cut with the help of kitchen scissor) aur pyaz dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per khushbu anay tak dry roast ker lein (3-4 minutes).
-Thanda ker lein.
-Blender jug mein roasted chillies & pyaz,mong phali,dahi aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka thick paste tayyar ker lein.
-Bowl mein blended paste,adrak lehsan paste,lemon zest,zeera powder,namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder,besan,laung powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Marination mein chicken drumsticks dal dein aur all pieces per ache tarhan marinade laga lein aur dhak ker 4 hours ya overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated drumsticks dal ker remaining marinade laga lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein sides ko tturm ker lein aur remaining marinade laga lein ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes).
-2 minute kliya koyal ka dhuwan dein.
-Lemon wedges,hara dhania aur pyaz sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
