Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 5-6 medium
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 3 tbs
-Soya (Dill) chopped ¼ Cup
-Monsalwa Supremo Chicken cheese sausages 7-8
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Non-stick spray
Directions:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,cumin powder,fresh coriander,dill, mix well & set aside.
-Cut chicken cheese sausages into 3 pieces & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry sausages for 1-2 minutes or until light golden.
-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of potato mixture & flatten it on your palm.
-Now place fried sausage,cover properly with potato mixture & make croquettes of equal sizes.
-In a bowl,add eggs,salt & whisk well.
-Now coat croquettes with all-purpose flour then dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 22-24).
Option # 1: Derp Frying
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
Option # 2: Air Fryer
-Spray non-stick spray on croquettes & air fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes (flip in between once after 5-6 minutes).

-Lal mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,zeera powder,hara dhania aur soya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chicken cheese sausages ko 3 pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur sausages ko 1-2 minutes ya light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ki small quantity la ker hateli per pheela lein.
-Ab fried sausage rakh dein aur aloo mixture sa cover ker lein & ek jaisay sizes ka croquettes tayyar ker lein.
-Bowl mein anday aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab croquettes ko maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 22-24).

-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fryer
-Croquettes per non-stick spray karein aur 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (flip in between once after 5-6 minutes).
