Ingredients:
-Chicken drumsticks 11-12 (1 kg)
Marination 1:
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Water 3 Cups (enough to dip chicken)
Marination 2:
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kashmiri red chilli powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Non-stick spray
Directions:
-Place deep cuts on both sides of chicken pieces with the help of knife & set aside.
Marination 1:
-In a bowl,add ginger garlic,green chilli paste,lemon juice,water & mix well.
-Add chicken drumsticks,dip properly (drumsticks should be submerged completely),cover & marinate for 2 hours.
Marination 2:
-Take out chicken from marination & transfer to another bowl.
-Add red chilli crushed,salt,coriander powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder,tomato ketchup,lemon juice & mix well,cover & marinate for 3-4 hours.
-Add all-purpose flour,cornflour & coat all pieces properly.
Option # 1: Deep Fry
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry marinated chicken on low flame until golden brown.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Spray non-stick spray on marinated drumsticks & air fry at 180C for 10 minutes & flip after 10 minutes and continue air frying for 8 minutes.
-Serve with French fries,tomato ketchup & serve.

-Chicken pieces per knife ki madad sa dono sides per deep cuts laga lein & side per rakh dein.
Marination 1:
-Bowl mein adrak lehsan,hari mirch pasta,lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken drumsticks dal ker ache tarhan dip ker lein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
Marination 2:
-Chicken ko alag bowl mein nikal lein.
-Lal mirch crushed,namak,dhanoa powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera powder,kali mirch powder,tomato ketchup aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 3-4 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Maida aur cornflour dal ker tamam pieces ko ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Option # 1: Deep Fry
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated chicken ko halki ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Marinated drumstick per non-stick spray karein aur 180C per 10 minutes kliya air fry ker lein,10 minutes kliya bad flip karein aur mazed 8 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-French fries & tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein.
