Ajza:

Yogurt & Cucumber Sandwich:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup
  • Gajar (Carrots) grated 3 tbs
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) to taste
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste

Assembling:

  • Bread slices
  • Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
  • Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)

Chilli Cheese Vegetable Sandwich:

  • Cream cheese spread ½ Cup
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

Assembling:

  • Bread slices
  • Kheera (Cucumber) sliced
  • Sala patta (Lettuce leaf)
  • Tamatar (Tomato) sliced

Vegetable Bologna Sandwich:

  • Mayonnaise ½ Cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tbs
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
  • Gajar (Carrots) grated ¼ Cup
  • Corn kernels boiled & roughly chopped 2 tbs
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
  • Namak (Salt) to taste

Assembling:

  • Panini bread or Bread of your choice
  • Sala patta (Lettuce leaves)
  • Bologna slices 3-4
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced
  • Kheera (Cucumber) sliced

Directions:

Yogurt & Cucumber Sandwich:

In a bowl,add yogurt & mix.

Add carrots,fresh coriander,salt,black pepper crushed & mix well.

Assembling:

On two bread slices,add & spread prepared yogurt spread.

Add cucumber slices on one slice & flip the second bread slice over it.

Add & spread prepared yogurt spread,add lettuce leaves & flip third bread slice over it to make a sandwich (makes 2 sandwiches).

Cut in to desired slices & serve!

Chilli Cheese Vegetable Sandwich:

In a bowl,add cream cheese spread,fresh coriander,garlic powder,red chilli crushed & mix well.

Assembling:

On two bread slices,add & spread prepared spread,add cucumber,lettuce leaves & flip the other bread over it.

Add & spread prepared spread,add tomato slices then add & spread prepared spread on third bread slice & flip it over the tomatoes to make a sandwich (makes 2-3 sandwiches).

Cut into slice & serve!

Vegetable Bologna Sandwich:

In a bowl,add mayonnaise,mustard paste,capsicum,carrots,corn kernals,black pepper crushed,salt & mix well.

Assembling:

Cut panini bread in half,add & spread prepared spread on both slices,add lettuce leaves,bologna slices,tomatoes,cucumber & flip the other side over it to make a sandwich (makes 2 sandwiches).

Cut into slice & serve!
