Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken small cubes 350g
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Hot sauce 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Cream 3 tbs
-Pasta 300g boiled as per packs instructions
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 2-3 tbs
Assembling:
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Pickled jalapenos chopped
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
-Cherry tomato
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,mustard paste,hot sauce,salt,garlic powder,onion powder,red chilli powder, mix well & marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well until it changes color & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender (7-8 minutes) & set aside.
-In a wok,add butter,cooking oil & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for 30 seconds.
-Add onion & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Add milk & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame until it thickens (1-2 minutes).
-Add salt,chicken powder,black pepper crushed,fresh parsley,dried oregano & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Add boiled pasta,cooked chicken & capsicum,turn on the flame & give it a good mix.
Assembling:
-In a clay pot,add prepared pasta,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,pickled jalapenos,capsicum,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,cherry tomato,cover with aluminum foil & seal properly (makes 4-5 servings).
-In a pot,place steam/wire rack,cover & preheat on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
-Place clay pots,cover & pot bake on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts & serve!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (7-8 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker 30 seconds kliya sauté karein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida dal ker 30 seconds kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Namak,chicken powder,kali mirch crushed,fresh parsley aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Boiled pasta,cooked chicken aur shimla mirch dal ker chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
-Clay pot mein tayyar pasta,chedder cheese,mozzarella cheese,pickled jalapenos,shimla mirch,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano aur cherry tomato dal ker aluminum foil sa cover ker ka properly seal ker lein (makes 4-5 servings).
-Pot mein stream/wire rack rakh dein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 10-15 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
-Clay pots rakh dein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes ya cheese melt ho janay tak pot bake ker lein & serve karein!
