Ingredients:
Strawberry sauce:
- Strawberries chopped 300g
- Sugar 1/3 Cup
- Red food color 3-4 drops (optional)
Tres Leches Milk:
- Pakola Full cream Milk 2 Cups
- Condensed milk ½ Cup
- Cream ½ Cup
- Strawberry essence ½ tsp
Strawberry Sponge cake:
- Andon ki safedi (Egg whites) 6 room temperature
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
- Baking powder ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
- Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs
- Andon ki zardi (Egg yolks) 6 room temperature
- Pakola Full cream Milk ½ Cup room temperature
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Red food color 2-3 drops
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
Frosting:
- Cream 300ml
- Icing sugar 1/3 Cup
- Strawberry essence ½ tsp
Directions:
Prepare Strawberry sauce:
In a saucepan add strawberries, sugar & mix well.
Add red food color, mix well & cook over medium flame while stirring.
Cook until strawberries are soft & mash in between with spoon.
Strain it well & then set aside.
Prepare Tres Leches milk:
In a jug add milk, condensed milk, cream, prepared strawberry sauce, strawberry essence, whisk well then set aside.
Prepare Strawberry Sponge cake:
In a bowl add egg whites & beat until egg whites froth up.
Gradually add caster sugar & beat again until stiff peaks form (approx. 6 minutes).
On a bowl place a sieve, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt & sift well.
Add caster sugar, semolina & whisk well.
Add egg yolks, milk, cooking oil, vanilla essence & beat on low speed until just combined.
Add red food color & beat again.
Add the mixture in egg whites mixture & fold in egg whites gently with the help of spatula until well combined.
Grease 7 x 11 inch baking casserole with cooking oil, add cake batter & tap 2-3 times.
Oven Baking:
Bake in preheated oven at 160-170C for 25 minutes.
Pot Baking:
Pour the cake mixture in small bowls.
Place a grill rack in the pot, cover & preheat on medium flame for 15 minutes.
Place cake bowls on grill rack, cover then bake on medium low flame for 25 minutes.
Take out from pot & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Using a wooden skewer poke holes in the cake.
Slowly pour prepared tres leches milk over the hot cake filling holes & let it seep in then refrigerate for 4 hours or until chilled.
Prepare Frosting:
In a bowl add cream & beat well.
Add icing sugar, strawberry essence & beat well until soft peaks form (7-8 minutes).
Add prepared frosting over the cake & spread with spatula. Decorate the cake with strawberries then cut & serve!

Red food color daal kar mix karen or medium flame pe itna pakayen k strawberries soft hojayen or mash hosaken.
Mixture ko sift kar k alag rakh den.
Prepare Tres Leches milk:
Jug main doodh, condensed milk, cream, tayar strawberry sauce, strawberry essence daal kara chi tarah whisk karen or alag rakh den.
Prepare Strawberry Sponge cake:
Bowl may andon ki safedi daal kar beat karen k froth ban jaye.
Bareek cheeni daal kar stiff peaks honay tak beat karen.
Aik bowl pe sieve rakhen or maida, baking powder, namak daal kar sift karlen.
Bareek cheeni or sooji daal kara chi tarah mix karen.
Andon ki zardi, doodh, cooking oil, vanilla essence daal kar low speed par combine honay tak beat karen.
Red food color daal kar beat karen.
Ab is mixture ko egg whites ki mixture may daal kar gently spatula ki madad se combine honay tak milayen.
7 X 11 inch k casserole ko oil se grease kar k cake k mixture ko daal kar 2-3 baar tap karen.
Oven Baking:
Preheated oven may 160-170C tak 25 minutes tak bake karen.
Pot Baking:
Cake mixture ko small bowls may nikal len.
Aik pot may grill rack rakh kar dhak den or 15 minutes tak medium flame garam karen.
Ab cake bowls grill rack pe rakh kar cover karen or medium low flame par 15 minutes tak bake karen.
Pot se nikal kar 10 minutes ka rest den.
Wooden skewer kimada se cake may holes banayen, slowly tayar tres leches milk cake par daalen or cake may seep in honay den. Phir 4 ghante ya Thanda honay tak refrigerate karen.
Prepare Frosting:
Bowl may cream daal kar beat karen.
Icing sugar, strawberry essence daal kar soft peaks bannay tak achi tarah beat karen (7-8 minutes).
Tayar frosting ko cake k upar phela kar strawberries or mint leaf se decorate karen or serve karen!
