Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
-Water as required
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) 2
-Badam (Almonds) 7-8
-Dahi (Yogurt) hung ¼ Cup
-Besan (Gram flour) roasted 1 tbs
-Tikka masala 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 & ½ tsp
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Chaat masala ¼ tsp
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,red chilli crushed,salt,lemon juice and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a saucepan,add water and bring it to boil,add kashmiri red chillies,mix well & boil for 3 minutes & take out from the saucepan.
-In a spice grinder,add boiled kashmiri red chillies,almonds,yogurt & grind to make a paste.
-Add gram flour,tikka masala,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,dried fenugreek leaves, tomato paste,nutmeg powder,chaat masala & grind well.
-In marinated chicken,add ground paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.
-Thread marinated chicken on metal skewers (makes 6).
Charcoal Grill:
-Charcoal until done (8-10 minutes) & apply cooking oil in between.
Pan-Fry:
-Pan fry in pan until done (8-10 minutes).
Air-Fry:
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 200C
-Brush oil & air fry for 6-8 minutes.
-Flip sides & continue air frying until done (6-8 minutes)
-Serve with green chutney,salad & naan!

-Bowl mein chicken,adrak lehsa paste,lal mirch crushed,namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Saucepan mein pani dal ker ubal lein aur kashimiri lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3 minutes kliya ubal lein & saucepan sa nikal lein.
-Spice grinder mein boiled Kashmiri lal mirch,badam aur dahi dal dein aur grind ker ka paste tayyar ker lein.
-Besan,tikka masala,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,kasuri meethi,tomato paste,jaifil powder aur chaat masala dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
-Marinated chicken mein ground paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5-6 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Marinated chicken ko metal skewers per laga lein (makes 6)
Charcoal Grill:
-Pak janay tak koyla per paka lein (8-10 minutes) aur bech bech mein cooking oil lagatay rahein.
Pan-Fry:
-Pak janay tak pan fry ker lein (8-10 minutes).
Air-Fry:
-Preheated air fryer mein 200C per air fry ker lein.
-Oil laga lein aur 6-8 minutes kliya air fry karein.
-Sides ko flip ker lein aur pak janay tak air frying kertay rahein (6-8 minutes).
-Green chutney,salad aur naan ka saath serve karein!
