Ingredients:
Prepare Shish Tawook:
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 3 tbs
-Tomato paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sumac powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Prepare Thoom Sauce:
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 12-13
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 2
-Cooking oil ½ Cup to 3/4 Cup
Prepare Salad:
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Sumac powder ½ tsp
Assembling:
-Tortilla wraps as required
-Iceberg shredded
-Pickled green chillies
-Pickled carrots
Directions:
Prepare Shish Tawook:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,tomato paste,mustard paste,garlic,paprika powder,salt,sumac powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice,olive oil & whisk well.
-Add chicken and mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Thread marinated chicken on wooden skewers.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,heat it and fry skewers on low flame from all sides until done (6-8 minutes).
Prepare Thoom Sauce:
-In a blender jug,add garlic,salt,vinegar,lemon juice,egg whites & blend well.
-During blending,gradually add cooking oil and blend until cream like thick consistency & set aside.
Prepare Salad:
-In a bowl,add onion,tomatoes,fresh coriander,salt,black pepper crushed,sumac powder,mix & toss well.
Assembling:
-On a tortilla wrap,add & spread prepared thoom sauce,add iceberg,shish tawook,salad,pickled green chillies,pickled carrots,wrap & serve (makes 7-8).

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Marinated chicken ko wooden skewers per laga lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal ker garam karein aur skewers ko halki ancch per tamam sides sa fry ker lein (6-8 minutes).

-Blender jug mein lehsan,namak,sirka,lemon juice aur anday ki safedi dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Blending ka doran,thora thora ker ka cooking oil shamil karein aur cream like thick consistency anay tak blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Salad:
-Bowl mein pyaz,tamatar,hara dhania,namak,kali mirch crushed aur sumac powder dal ker ache tarhan mix & toss karein.
Assembling:
-Tortilla mein tayyar thoom sauce dal ker pheela lein,iceberg,shish tawook,salad,pickled green chillies aur pickled carrots dal ker wrap ker lein & serve karein (makes 7-8).
