Ingredients:
-Butter cookies 250g
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2-3 tbs
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Cornflour ½ Cup
-Olper’s Milk ¼ Cup
-Olper’s Milk 2 Cups
-Olper’s cream 300ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Banana 3 or as required
-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs
-Sugar ¼ Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Olper’s cream 2-3 tbs
-Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped ½ Cup
-Olper’s cream whipped
-Kaila (Banana) slices
Directions:
-In a chopper add butter cookies & crush cookies in a processor.
-Add melted butter & chop again.
-Transfer to a serving dish,press firmly down into the base to create an even layer & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-In a bowl add egg yolks, sugar, cornflour, milk & whisk well.
-In a wok add milk,cream & whisk well.
-Add vanilla essence, mix well & cook until simmering hot.
-Gradually add half quantity of hot milk in egg mixture & whisk continuously.
-Now add whole mixture in remaining hot milk, mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens.
-Transfer the mixture to serving dish,spread evenly,let it cool & refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
-On a clean cutting board cut banana into slices. Squeeze lemon over them & set aside.
-In a frying pan add sugar, water & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown.
-On low flame,add cream & mix well.
-Add banana slices & mix well.
-Add walnuts & mix well.
-Transfer the mixture in serving dish & refrigerate until chilled.
-Garnish the top with whipped cream, banana slices & serve!

-Aik karahi may doodh & cream daal kar achi tarhan whisk karlen.
-Ab vanilla essence daal kar achi tarah milayen or achi tarhan garam karlen.
-Gradually garam doodh ko andon k mixture may daaltay jayen or musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
-Ab saray mixture ko doodh mein daal kar achi tarah milayen or halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Serving dish mein mixture ko transfer ker evenly spread ker lein,thand ker lein& 1 hour k liye refrigerate karden.
-Cutting board pe kailay kaat len. Upar se lemon juice daal kara lag rakh den.
-Frying pan mein cheeni dal kar dheemi ancch par itna pakayen k cheeni caramelize & brown hojaye.
-Halki ancch per cream daal kar ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Banana k slices daal den or achay se milayen.
-Akhrot daa kar ache se milayen.
-Ab mixture ko set ki hui serving dish may daal kar phela len or achi tarah chill karne refrigerate karden.
-Whipped cream or banana slices se garnish kar k serve karen!
