Ingredients:
Crispy Chicken Tenders:
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Boneless Chicken julienne cut 500g
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2 or as required
- Breadcrumbs 1 & ½ Cups or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Yogurt Sauce:
- Dahi (Yogurt) hung 1 Cup
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Tahini paste 3 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Salad:
- Iceberg roughly chopped 2 Cups
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & julienne 1 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) thinly sliced & washed 1 Cup
- Jalapenos chopped ¼ Cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
Tortilla cones:
- Tortilla 4-6 or as required
- Cooking oil/Butter
Assembling:
- Baked Tortilla cones
- Prepared salad
- Crispy Chicken Tenders
- Prepared Yogurt sauce
- Prepared salad
- Prepared Yogurt sauce
Directions:
Prepare Crispy Chicken Tenders:
In a bowl add salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, paprika powder & mix well.
Add boneless chicken, mix & coat well.
Dip each chicken strip in whisked eggs then coat with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan & shallow fry chicken on medium flame until tender & crispy, set aside.
Prepare Yogurt sauce:
In a bowl add yogurt, mustard paste, tahini paste, fresh coriander, salt & whisk well. Yogurt sauce is ready, transfer to a dressing bottle & set aside.
Prepare Salad:
In a bowl add iceberg, tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, lemon juice, salt, paprika powder, black pepper crushed, mix & toss well then set aside.
Prepare Tortilla cones:
Cut tortilla in half (semicircle), fold half piece of tortilla into a cone shape & fix it with a wooden skewer/toothpick.
Place tortilla cones in a baking tray, brush them with cooking oil/butter & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Take out from oven & let it cool down completely.
Assembling:
In a baked tortilla cone add prepared yogurt salad, fried crispy chicken tenders, prepared yogurt sauce, prepared salad, prepared yogurt sauce & serve with french fries! (makes 12-13)

Prepare Crispy Chicken Tenders:
Aik bowl may namak, kali mirch powder, lehsan powder, paprika powder daal kar achi tarah milayen.
Boneless Chicken daal kar achi tarah coat karen.
Chicken pieces ko whisked eggs may dip karen or phir bread crumbs se achi tarah coat karen.
Frying pan may oil garam karen or chicken shots ko golden honay tak fry karlen.
Prepare Yogurt sauce:
Aik bowl may dahi, mustard paste, tahini paste, hara dhania, namak daal kara chi tarah whisk karlen.
Yogurt sauce tayar hai, dressing bottle may transfer karlen.
Prepare Salad:
Aik bowl may iceberg, tamatar, pyaz, jalapenos, lemon juice, namak, paprika powder, kali mirch crushed daal kara chi tarah mix karen.
Prepare Tortilla cones:
Aik cutting board pe tortilla ko rakh kar beech se kaat len. Ab adhay hissay ki cone banalen or toothpick lagakar set karlen.
Aik baking pan may rakh tortilla cones rakh kar brush ki madad se oil/butter lagayen or preheated oven may 180C par 6-8 minutes ya golden brown honay tak bake karlen.
Oven se nikal kar Thanda karlen.
Assembling:
Baked tortilla cone may tayar salad, chicken tenders, tayar yogurt sauce, tayar salad, tayar yogurt sauce daal kar French fries k sath serve karen!
