Ingredients:
Prepare Malai Seekh Kabab:

-Chawal (Rice) Sella 750g (boiled with salt until 3/4th done)

Directions:
Prepare Malai Seekh Kabab:
-In a chopper,add green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,fried onion,breadcrumbs and chop well.
-Add chicken,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,salt,cream,garlic,ginger and chop until well combined.
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-With the help of greased hands,take a small quantity of mixture (75g) and make kababs of equal sizes on metal skewers.
-Remove kababs from metal skewer & fry on medium flame from all sides until golden brown (makes 12-13) then cut in half & set aside.
-In a jug,add cream,mayonnaise,yogurt,milk,almond powder,chicken powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,capsicum,onion,mix well & sauté for 2 minutes & set aside for later use.
-In pot,add black peppercorns,black cardamom,cloves,green cardamom,cinnamon sticks,star anise & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
-Add garlic,ginger & mix well.
-Add green chilli,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-On low flame,add water to temper the temperature & mix well.
-Add prepared cream mixture & mix well.
-Add cumin seeds,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves & mix well.
-Add water & mix well.
-Now add prepared malai seekh kababs & mix well.
-Add salt,mix well & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Take out half quantity in a bowl & reserve for layering.
-In pot,add fresh coriander,mint leaves,onion & capsicum stir fried,fried onion,white korma masala,half quantity of boiled rice,malai kabab with gravy,fresh coriander & mint leaves,onion & capsicum stir fried,fried onion,white korma masala,remaining boiled rice and fried onion,cover & steam cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
-Serve with raita or salad!

-Chicken,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,namak,cream,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Greased haathon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity (75g) lein aur metal skewer per ek jaisay sizes ka kabab tayyar ker lein.
-Kababs ko metal skewers sa nikal lein aur darmiyani ancch per tamam sides sa golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 12-13) phir bech mein sa 2 pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Jug mein cream,mayonnaise,dahi,doodh,badam powder aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil,shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein sabut kali mirch,badi elaichi,laung,hari elaichi,darchini aur badiyan ka phool dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Halki ancch per pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Zeera,kali mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch pet 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab tayyar malai seekh kababs dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Half quantity ko bowl mein nikal lein aur layering kliya side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein hara dhania,podina,pyaz & shimla mirch stir fried,fried pyaz,white korma masala,boiled chawal ki half quantity,malai kababs with gravy,hara dhania & podina,pyaz & shimla mirch stir fried,fried pyaz,white korma masala,remaining boiled chawal aur fried pyaz dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Raita & salad ka saath serve karein!
