In a saucepan,add orange juice,lemon juice,cornflour,egg yolks,sugar & whisk well to combine all ingredients.
Turn on the flame,mix well,add orange food color,mix continuously and cook on low flame until it thickens (12-15 minutes).
Transfer to a bowl,cover the surface with cling film and let it cool at room temperature then refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Take out from refrigerate,blend well with the help of hand blender & set aside.
In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
Add icing sugar,orange essence & beat until stiff peaks form.
Transfer 1/3 portion of whipped cream to a piping bag.
In remaining whipped cream,add prepared orange mixture & fold until well combined and transfer to a piping bag.
In serving cups,add a layer of orange mousse,whipped cream and scrape excess cream.
Garnish with orange slices,mint leaves & serve chilled!

Chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein,orange food color dal dein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye garha ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes).
Bowl mein nikal lein aur surface ko cling film sa cover ker lein aur room temperature per thanda ker lein phir 3-4 hours kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Refrigerator sa nikal lein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Icing sugar aur orange essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Whipped cream ka 1/3rd portion ko piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Remaining whipped cream mein tayyar orange mixture dal ker ache tarhan fold ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Serving cups mein orange mousse aur whipped cream ki layer laga ker excess cream ko scrape ker lein.
Orange slices aur podina sa garnish ker lein & thanda serve karein!
