Ingredients:
Prepare Custard:
-Olper’s milk 1 Cup
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 200ml
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4
-Cornflour ¼ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 6 tbs or to taste
-White chocolate chips or grated ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Prepare Strawberry Puree:
-Strawberries fresh or frozen chopped 1 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 300ml
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs or to taste
Assembling:
-Banana bread 1 loaf
-Pineapple juice
-Strawberries
-Pineapple
-Kiwi
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Chocolate syrup
Directions:
Prepare Custard:
-In a saucepan,add milk,cream and whisk well,turn on the flame and bring it to boil.
-In another bowl,add egg yolks,cornflour & whisk well.
-Gradually add hot milk in egg mixture while whisking.
-Place sieve on a saucepan and sieve it.
-Add caster sugar and whisk well.
-Add white chocolate chips & mix well until it melts.
-Add butter,vanilla essence & cook on low flame until custard thickens (2-3 minutes) and whisk continuously.
-Transfer to a jug,cover surface with cling film & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Strawberry Puree:
-In a saucepan,add strawberries,caster sugar,lemon juice,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes,place another bowl in the center,add cream,icing sugar & beat until soft peaks form,transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
Assembling:
-Cut banana bread into slices.
-On a trifle bowl,add a layer of banana bread slices & cubes and brush pineapple juice on it.
-Add olper’s whipped cream,strawberry puree,add strawberry,pineapple & kiwi slices.
-Add almonds,chocolate syrup,banana bread cubes,pineapple juice,prepared custard & whipped cream.
-Garnish with strawberries,kiwi slices & serve chilled!

-Alag bowl mein anday ki zardi aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Thora thora ker ka garam doodh egg mixture mein shamil kertay yahein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein.
-Bowl per sieve rakh dein aur sieve ker lein.
-Bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-White chocolate chips dal ker melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Makhan aur vanilla essence dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur halki ancch per custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Jug mein transfer ker lein aur surface ko cling film sa cover ker lein aur use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Strawberry Puree:
-Saucepan mein strawberries,bareek cheeni aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein,cream aur icing sugar dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein,piping bag mein dal dein aur use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Assembling:
-Banana bread ko slices mein cut ker lein.
-Trifle bowl mein banana bread slices aur cubes ki layer laga lein,pineapple juice brush ki madad sa laga lein.
-Olper’s whipped cream aur strawberry puree dal ker pheela lein,strawberry,pineapple aur kiwi ka slices laga lein.
-Badam,chocolate syrup,banana bread cubes,pineapple juice,tayyar custard aur whipped cream dal dein.
-Strawberries aur kiwi slices sa garnish ker lein aur thanda serve karein!
