Ingredients:
-Sugar ¾ Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 2-3 drops
-Anday (Eggs) 6
-Khoya unsweetened crumbled 250g
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp
-Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaves)
-Pista (Pistachios)
-Badam (Almonds)
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add sugar,water and mix well,bring it to boil and cook on low flame until sugar is dissolved and thickens (2-3 minutes) (one string consistency).
-Turn off the flame,add lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs & beat slightly.
-Add khoya,saffron strands & beat well.
-Now add prepared sugar syrup,clarified butter & beat until well combined.
-On 7 x 7-inch baking pan lined with butter paper,pour prepared batter and tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30-35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean (on both grills).
-Take out from oven & let it cool completely.
-Cut into diamond shape and garnish with silver leaves,pistachios,almonds & serve!

-Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad cheeni ghul janay aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) (one string consistency).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday dal ker slightly beat karein.
-Khoya aur zafran dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Ab tayyar sheera aur desi ghee dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-7 x 7-inch baking pan mein butter paper laga lein aur tayyar batter dal ker few times tap ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 30-35 minutes ya skewer saf anay tak bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Oven sa nikal lein aur thanda ker lein.
-Diamond shape mein cut ker lein,chandi warq,pista aur badam sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
