Cut green garlic with the help of knife.
In chopper,add green garlic,green chillies,fresh coriander,mint leaves,chop well & set aside.
In a bowl,add gram flour,wheat flour,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,carom seeds,baking soda,salt & mix well.
Add chopped greens & mix well.
Add cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.
Grease hands with oil,take a small quantity of dough & make a ball.
Sprinkle dry flour & spread the dough with the help of hand.
Heat the griddle,place rolled dough,add cooking oil & cook from both sides until done.
Apply butter in between (makes 6-7).
Garnish with green garlic,butter & serve with green chutney!

Bowl mein besan,atta,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,zeera powder,ajwain,baking soda aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chopped greens dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cooking oil dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ki small quantity la ker ball bana lein.
Atta chirak dein aur dough ko haath ki madad sa pheela lein.
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh dein,cooking oil dal ker dono sides sap aka lein.
Bech mein makhan laga lein (makes 6-7).
Hara lehsan aur makhan laga lein aur green chutney ka saath serve karein.
