Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 3 & ½ Cups
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup
-Ghee 1 tbs
-Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 1-2 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 1-2 tbs
-Ghee ¾ Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf)
Directions:
-In a jug, add milk, semolina and mix well, cover & let it soak for 30 minutes.
-In a frying pan, add ghee & let it melt.
-Add dried coconut, almonds, raisins, mix well & fry on medium flame golden (1-2 minutes) & set aside.
-In a wok, add ghee & let it melt.
-Add sugar, mix well & cook on low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown (10-12 minutes).
-Add milk & semolina mixture, mix continuously & cook on medium flame until milk is evaporated.
-Continue cooking on medium flame until it turns brown & ghee separates (18-20 minutes).
-Now add half the quantity of fried nuts (reserved remaining for garnishing), mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Garnish with edible silver leaf, reserved fried nuts & serve.

-Jug mein doodh aur sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya soak ker lein.
-Frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Sukha nariyal,badam aur kishmish dal ker ache tarhan karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (1-2 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per cheeni caramelize honay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Doodh & sooji mixture dal dein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye darmiyani anch per doodh sukh janay tak pakayen.
-Musalsal itna pakyen k halwa brown hojaye or ghee chor day (18-20 minutes).
-Ab fried nuts ki half quantity (reserved remaining for garnishing) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chandi warq aur reserved fried nuts sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
