Ingredients:
- Cream ¾ Cup
- Mayonnaise 4 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 1 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Black olives sliced 3 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
- Dried oregano ¼ tsp
- Monsalwa Crispy Chicken burger 2 patties
- Monsalwa Supremo Smokey Grilled Chicken sausages 2
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
Assembling:
- Burger buns base 2
- Pizza sauce 1 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Dried oregano
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Iceberg shredded
Directions:
In a bowl,add cream,mayonnaise,fresh coriander,red chilli powder,salt,dried oregano,lemon juice & whisk well & set aside.
In a bowl,add capsicum,tomato,onion,black olives,salt,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,mix well & set aside.
On a cast iron grill pan,add cooking oil & grill chicken burger patties & chicken sausages until golden brown & set aside.
Assembling:
On the same grill pan,toast burger buns base from both sides.
Turn off the flame,add & spread pizza sauce then add prepared vegetables,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,smokey grilled chicken sausages,sprinkle dried oregano & red chilli crushed.
Turn on the flame,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (4-5 minutes).
Turn off the flame,on one burger bun,add iceberg,fried chicken patty,prepared sauce & place another assembled burger bun over it (makes 2) & serve!

Cast iron grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein,chicken patties & chicken sausages ko golden brown ho janay tak grill ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Us he grill pan mein burger buns ki base ko dono sides sa toast ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein,pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein phir tayyar vegetables,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,smoky grilled chicken sausages,fried oregano aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
Chulha on karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Chulha bund ker dein,ek burger bun per iceberg,fried patty aur tayyar sauce dal dein aur upper sa assembled burger bun rakh dein (makes 2) & serve karein!
